Our Office Is Located At 26 Manson Street, Parkrand, Boksburg 1459. Feel Free To Come Visit Anytime, But Please Note A Majority Of Our Stock Is Kept At Our Warehouses, Not At Our Office.

We’ve got multiple warehouses, some of which are our own, and others are a shared warehouse. Collection of your packages is available at select warehouses, but please contact us in the live chat prior to placing your order to confirm where you are able to collect your products from. You may also alternatively collect your package from our office, at 26 Manson Street, Parkrand, Boksburg, when arranged in advance.

We Offer Three Methods Of Delivery Throughout South Africa, To Meet Your Standards & Convenience:

 

Door To Door Delivery: This Is Our Most Preferred Method Of Delivery, And Is Selected By Default. Upon Placing Your Order, Your Items Will Be Packaged & Collected By A Courier, Who Will Then Deliver The Package To The Address You Provided. This Delivery Takes Place On A Monday To Friday Between 8AM – 5PM, So Please Enter An Address Where You Will Be Present During These Times (Such As Your Work Address, If Necessary.)

The Following Door To Door Delivery Couriers Are Available:

The Courier Guy: We use The Courier Guy to deliver all our packages that are stored in our local warehouses, and have them arrive within 1-3 working days!

Aramex Express: We use Aramex Express to deliver all our imported packages that are stored in our Hong Kong warehouses, and have them arrive within 5-10 working days! We also cover all Customs Documentation and pay for the Import Taxes on your behalf.

Collection: Collections are available at a few of our Warehouses (Through out Gauteng, Durban or Cape Town), or at our Office – 26 Manson Street, Parkrand, Boksburg 1459. Please contact us in advance if you would like to collect your package, and we’ll make an arrangement for you. 🙂

4 Easy Steps To Claim The Warranty On Any Product You’ve Purchased from MikroTech:

 

  1. Each product you’ve purchased from MikroTech will be recorded in your “My Account” section of our website, where you will have access to the entire history of every product you’ve ever ordered from us, as well as the remaining period of the warranty left on each specific product. (The warranty period varies from product to product, and is based on the terms offered by the Product Manufacturer
  2. If you have any issues with the product you’ve purchased from us, and the item is still under the specified warranty period, you’re able to begin the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process directly from the dashboard under your account. Simply click on the “Orders” under the my account dashboard, and find the product you ordered. Once you’ve clicked on the product you’d like to book in for repairs under the warranty, click on “Request Warranty”
  3. Upon requesting warranty, you will be taken to a page with a form for you to fill out, asking the reason why you’d like to request a warranty repair on the product you’ve purchased. Please fill out as many details as possible, about the issue you’re experiencing with your product. Where you can, try including a video of the issue too. This will allow us to get a better understanding of the situation, and offer the best possible solution on how to resolve the issue to minimize the amount of time needed to conduct the repairs.
  4. Click Submit, and you’ve officially placed a request to have your product returned and repaired/replaced under the terms of that product’s warranty. Our team will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to follow up with the process.
