Collection is available from select warehouses, if that’s the answer you’re looking for, but this would need to be arranged with us in advance. We Offer Three Methods Of Delivery Throughout South Africa, To Meet Your Standards & Convenience:
Door To Door Delivery: Upon placing your order, your items will be packaged & collected by one of the couriers below, who will then deliver the package to the address you provided. This delivery takes place on a Monday to Friday between 8AM – 5PM, so please enter an address where you will be present during these times (Such as your work address, if necessary.)
The Following Door To Door Delivery Couriers Are Available:
The Courier Guy: We use The Courier Guy to deliver all packages that are stored in our local warehouses, and have them arrive within 1-3 working days!
Aramex Express: We use Aramex Express to deliver all our imported packages that are stored in our Hong Kong or New York warehouses, and have them arrive within 5-10 working days! We also cover all Customs Documentation and pay for the Import Taxes on your behalf.
Collection: Please contact us in advance if you would like to collect your package, and we’ll make an arrangement for you.
4 Easy Steps To Claim The Warranty On Any Product You’ve Purchased from MikroTech:
- Any product you’ve purchased from MikroTech will be recorded in the “My Account” section of our website, where you will have access to view the remaining warranty period for each product, as well as request a faulty product to be returned. (The warranty period varies from product to product, and is based on the terms offered by the Products’ Manufacturer)
- If you have any issues with the product you’ve purchased from us, and the item is still covered by the warranty period, you’re able to begin the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process directly from your account on the website. Simply click on “Orders” under the “My Account” dashboard, and find the product you’d like to return. Once you’ve clicked on the product you’d like to return, click on “Request Warranty”
- Upon requesting warranty, you will be taken to a page with a form for you to fill out, asking the reason why you’d like to request a return on the product you’ve purchased. Please fill out as many details as possible, about the issue you’re experiencing with your product. Where you can, try including a video or picture of the issue too. This will allow us to get a better understanding of the situation, and offer the best possible solution on how to resolve the issue, and to minimize the amount of time needed to conduct the repairs.
- Click Submit, and you’ve officially placed a request to have your product returned and repaired/replaced under the terms of that product’s warranty. Our team will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to follow up with the process.
